BOAT FEATURES
The boat is powered by the latest Yamaha motor for performance, reliability and fuel efficiency. Includes all safety equipment, GPS, sounder, VHF & 27 – Meg radio, CD player, live bait tank, ski pole.
Superior to any similar sized hull, the 6 Meter Offshore has gained an excellent reputation with rescue organizations, Police, serious offshore fishermen, abalone divers and other commercial operators.
The legend lives on in this very serious boat.
HIRE CONDITIONS
The vessel must be controlled at all times by the holder of a current, valid boat driver’s license.
Drive the boat in daylight hours. Sunrise to sunset.
Suitable PFDs (lifejackets) are supplied for all passengers i.e adult, juvenile, child.
The hirer will NOT allow any other person to control the vessel unless listed on the booking form.
The vessel is to operate in waters of Port Phillip Bay (not further south than a line from Shortland Buff to the Portsea Jetty). The hirer must not operate the vessel in poor weather or sea conditions or where such conditions are imminent.
WEATHER FORECAST MONITORING IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HIRER TO ENSURE SAFETY OF PERSONS ON BOARD THE VESSEL.
The hirer must pay penalty notices if issued by any officials during the hire period. Hirers will abide by all Maritime Authority, marine and environmental legislation.
The hirer WILL accept the consequences if he/she or any listed co-driver breach these conditions.
The hirer is responsible for the cost of re-fueling the vessel.
